Chances for me at Ivy

Hello, I'm a US national and dual-citizen but have lived all my life in Spain and attend a spanish non-international school. I would like to know if I would stand any chance at all of getting into any Ivy League colleges.

Rising Senior
I'm not sure how to translate it into a 4 point scale but had a 9.8 out of 10 grade point average at the end of my junior year with a very clear upward trend, going from around 8 out of 10 in the spanish equivalent of 9th grade to almost straight 10 out of 10 grades.

SAT score of 2050 (740,730,580) Barely practiced before the test and planning to retake it and think I'm capable of 750 across the board.
SAT II -Planning to take Math II, Physics and Chemistry and would expect good grades

Coursework
Courses don't work in Spain exactly in the same way as in the US, you don't pick each individual course, you pick a specific path. I'm doing the "Bio-sanitary path" which includes Maths, English as a foreign language, French, Philosophy, Spanish Literature, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Spanish History and Geography. Apart from doing the full spanish curriculum I'm also doing the IB Diploma in a special program my school has in which I'll be taking Maths SL and Maths HL, English B SL, Spanish A HL, Biology HL, Philosophy SL and Chemistry HL.

The IB grades I already have are 6 in Maths SL and 7 in English B, and would expect to get at least 6 in all other IB exams.

EC
-Reciting at Poetry events 9th, 11th and 12th prospectively
-3 weeks as a full-time volunteer in Russia
-Valuable member of the Rugby team 10th (while in Scotland) and 11th Had to abandon it because of an inability to effectively pursue the sport in Spain
-Part of the Student Council 10th, 11th and 12th (prospectively) as an assistant member in 10th grade and as head representative in 11th
-Captain of a debating team 10th, 11th and 12th (prospectively) "intramural" champions in 10th and third place in regional organized debating competition in 11th
-Volunteer helping different institutions concerned with the care of either old, mentally disabled or homeless people 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th (prospectively)
-Head of an investigation project into Bio-remediation of chewing gum 10th

Aditional
Spanish is my mother tongue but my English is also native-like, very proficient at French, I'm good with languages and possibly would be passable at Italian by the end of year 12.

Income: Medium on the low side.

Hooks: Not really sure here, latino if still a hook and wealth of international experience.

I'd like to be chanced for Ivy League schools, and top engineering schools if possible.

You have over a year left before you apply to some colleges. It’s really hard to judge you right now. You seem to be doing great, just try to get your SAT up

Sorry for the stupid mistake but I meant to write Rising Senior, not junior.
