<p>I just got something in the mail inviting me to participate in this program because I'm in Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Apparently PTK offers scholarships, otherwise it's like $3000. </p>

<p>The whole thing seems strange to me. The letter says I was invited but the website seems to be open enrollment. Does anyone have any experience with this program? Is it a scam?</p>
