International living in US

If I live in the states and attend school in the states but will be applying as an International, how would I go about filling out the common app? Do I put my US address or my Canadian address? Can I use Domestic forms but put "Canadian" under citizenship?

thanks.

Use the address at which you actually receive mail. Most of the application forms are the same for domestic and international applicants. The only two distinguished forms I can think of are the FAFSA (which you would not file as an international student) and the International Supplement to the School Report (which you would not file because you are attending school in the US).

If there is a separate international/domestic form, you are required to fill out the one used by non-citizens. If there is a space for Canadian on the domestic application form, use it.
