International Pre-Orientation

Hey,

I was just wondering if any current international students that assisted the International pre-orientation could talk a little bit about the experience. I'm from Chile, but I'm kind of leaning towards assisting OA because it seems to me like a much more valuable and enriching program.
Is the Int. pre-orientation really that helpful? Is it worth it?
Are the international students here considering going?
Thanks

i thought OA is only open to US domestic students? Internationals can only choose to take part in International Pre-orientation.

I haven't seen any information that indicates so. Also, when I asked the admissions office for advice on this matter they said the decision was ultimately mine, although they recommended the International Pre-Or.

Peace

i'm going for international pre-orientation. compared to OA, I guess international pre-orientation will be more useful for us internationals who will be in the US for the first time.

Our Bulgarian group is going for international pre-or. From all I've heard, OA is overrated and intl pre-or can be very useful especially to people who need to adjust to the different everything (not to mention learn about Princeton itself, because it's huge!!) :). All internationals, come to pre-or and we can party. Then we can party with the Americans as well :).

that sounds fun....

I would like to know more about the international pre-or as well. What kind of activities happen in international pre-or?

Since I am coming from Canada (although I am considered South Korean...I've been studying in Canada for over 6 years though, so I am fluent in English), I am wondering if international pre-or would be as useful to me. I am still torn between OA and Inter. pre-or. Please help me decide.

im defiantely comig to pre-or
my cousins at pton...and she told me it would be much useful...besides u get 2 meet the internationals first...so its very comforting...so im just taking her word for it
