international relaions for a regular guy

I'm trying to look for schools that I can get into that have good international relations programs.

GPA uw- 3.2 (like 2.7something freshman year, 2.54 sophomore year(was moving from Virginia to Oregon so grades were impacted) and 4.0 junior year)
GPA w- school doesn't do
Rank- school doesn't do
SAT- 600CR 630M 550W redoing if I get 28 or less on ACT in june
SAT II- over slept so I couldn't take lol. I doubt I'll sign up again. Do you think I should?
Leadership Positions-Sophomore class treasurer
Honors/awards- nothing worth mentioning except for award for most community service hours at a recreational event
ECs- teen court and, if accepted, writing monthly articles for local newspaper in exchange for some $$$
This summer I'm doing an internship at a marketing company and I'm taking a continuation of AP US gov at my local CC. Also I'm doing a semester of French 2 online.

I'd like to go to schools on the east coast(from Virginia up) and in the north. My budget is total expenses=40k a year. I'd rather pay less though.

I think staying in-state for U of Oregon would be fine.

I wanna get out of Oregon asap, that's why I worked hard in junior year lol

Some to consider are American, Seton Hall, George Mason and Syracuse. Good luck!

American sounds like a fit.

Fordham? Holy Cross? Providence College?

American fo sho, maybe GWU as a reach. Also consider Ohio State and Maryland!

It looks like American is a nice place go to. Should I ED there? I know I'll like living there because I lived next to DC for 16 years.

CayugaRed2005, I'd rather go to a school without a religious affiliation, thanks for the suggestions though.
