International SAT I and II results!

I gave my SAT I in October and got 2100 (CR screwed me up).
My Nov SAT II results are great !
Maths Level I - 800
Maths Level II -800

I want to Know that if I apply to Penn for a Mathematics Major, Do I still have to give any other SAT II's ?

Hello everyone, I have a question about SATs. I took SAT I in November and scored:
CR: 700
Maths: 720
Writing: 690 (essay - 7 :( )
Should I retake it in December? I don't think I could get more on CR, but at least in Maths (760+). But is it really important to retake SAT? I took SAT II in both Maths and got 770 and 800.
Btw., I'm applying early to Princeton, then (hopefully not ;)) to Harvard, MIT, Yale, Johns Hopkins, University of Chicago.
I also took three other SAT II tests and did very well (average around 780).
Thanks in advance.

I gave Maths 2 and Physics in my Nov SAT II and a got an 800 in both of them!! :):):)

@persona:
CR and writing are very good I think. math could be the only problem, but I don't know how much that hurts...it's all crazy anyway...

Congrats Dexter !!!If you don't mind me asking, what books you used for physics?

Princeton Review...thats it!!!

Did some tests from Kaplan as well....but i think u shudnt do that cause they r way too easy....

Thanks Dexter! That's the same book I am using + Sparknotes. Hoping for an 800 . ;)

Does sparknotes cover all topics in SAT II physics and chem??
and how is it?

Chahal: I think it would be good if you toook the sat II in physics or some other science you are good at. don't know if submitting only 2 sat IIs and both being math is going to look too well. I'm applying to Brown also math major, but I have math2, physics an french as my sat 2 tests. :)

persona: there is an equilibrum in your scores and if you don't want to major in math/science/engeneering you should be fine with those scores ;)

and btw: I am Diana.... for anyone who wonders :p

and btw....for all of you wondering how my interview went....yes it went very well...it lasted about 70 minutes... but it was more like a chat[in the last 30 min :p] she told me all kind of stuff about Brown and I'm happy right now :D :)

Hey, everybody!

GREAT scores!! hands everybody chocolate, candy, drinks

And none of your perfectionist attitude, any of you!!! glowers

Lakshmi, how went the interview??

Blah...overlapping posts. :o

You're like a guy right now, Lakshmi. Very low on the details! Spill, chica!

And, IHS...Brown isn't the "lowest" Ivy. If you're driven by statistics (such as acceptance rates), it isn't. I don't think the Ivies are really "rankable" besides the "HYP" glamour...

well, to complete my post above: the person with whom I had the interview graduated from Brown this spring, is from Romania[Timisoara], and was very nice to me. she asked me the basic questions, nothing special, but then we had a little chat about what it means being a Romanian in the us and mainly in the Brown comunity, that kind of stuff. she was very, very nice :) and I 99% sure her report is going to be positive :D but I also know the interview doesn't count that much :( oh well, at least I saw what a college interview is like, and I have some experience with it now :p

and btw.....I'm finally over with CB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yay! fooling around :D

What basic questions Diana, can you be more specific please?:)

*what's my favourite school subject?
*what is my major achievement?
*why brown?
*if I have plans for my future further than college?
stuff like this. and then she asked if I had questions, it seemed to last so little[although it was about 70 min]. but it wasn't that much of a big deal :)

Hey, congrats, babe! high-fiving you We're in the same club, now!

And it's cool you got an interviewer who had the same background (or at least nationality) as you! I'm sure she answered any questions you had about adjustin' to the US community from a Romanian culture/viewpoint, very well!

yes. it was so nice talking to her about this. she was very encouraging, she made me love Brown even more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

but I have to keep being realistic about my chances and start working pretty hard on my RD apps.
