I couldn't quite find out about scholarships for international students on the website, only that:

" In most cases, CU-Boulder cannot provide financial support to international students. "

So what are the requirements, if there are, to be able to get scholarships.

I am international at an international school, doing the IB (predicted 40), top 3% rank, 1340 SAT (Cr+M), 3.9+ GPA...

Thanks in advance

I think you should email the Financial Aid Office (finaid@colorado.edu); they'll know more than anyone here. Your academic record is impressive, and CU offers many merit-based scholarships. Maybe they simply don't provide need-based aid to international applicants? I'd email to clarify on that.

I'm an international student and I was thinking about applying to CU.

You can only get merit based scholarships (even then.. it's really slim, and you'll have to pay OOS tuition money... so it might not be able to cover the total price) not financial aid (which comes from the government and doesn't cover for international students).

But yea, there should be merit based money for you as long as you applied early enough.
