International Student Certification of Finances

Hi, I'm an international student from Brazil and I applied to a few universities for 2014, and I require financial aid. One of the institutions I applied to is Stanford, and they require that I fill out the International Student Certification of Finances, and I have a few questions:

1-My only source of financial support will be my father's wages, and not money that is in a bank account. Is it OK to list my father's wages as "other sources" of income?

2-They also ask what is the total amount of money I expect to have when I arrive at the institution. Does this include the money I'll be paying my college expenses (tuition, housing and etc) with or does it just include the spare money I'll have for personal expenses?

3-They ask whether I plan to remain in the US during the summer or not, and if I plan to attend summer school. Doesn't the financial aid also apply to summer time? Does summer school refer to activities within the university or outside of it? They ask me for my sources of income during the summer, should I list my father's wages here again?

Thanks in advance guys.
