International Student, Do I have a chance?

Hello, I am a student from Mexico currently applying to 2 colleges in the USA (Georgia Tech and Illinois Urbana. However, my dream schools are MIT and UC Berkeley, but I know I don´t have a chance, however I´m still applying to eliminate all the “what-if MIT/Berkeley admitted me”.), I am very afraid to apply, even more, to not getting in. I´ve read several stories about how some students start prepping around 9th grade to getting admitted to these schools, and made feel like i could not make it, added to this, is the disadvantage of being an international student. These are my “stats”:

-My school does not calculate GPA, but for my case it was calculated around 4.0 unweighted
-Sixth Place in Physics Olympiad
-Took BA courses by Oxford Education in London.
-National Prize for Literature Composition.
-Took 2 college level courses of App Developing at Interamerican University for Development.
-Took 2 MOOC MITx Courses
-Volunteer at a shelter in my town
-Music teacher for 1 year
-Have participated in 3 plays at my school, presented at a local theatre
-Moderator at Model of United Nations
-Model of United Nations Comiteé
-Top 5 of my Class
-Developer of iOS apps
-Currently working on a program to close the digital breach and reduce Digital Analfabetism in my State
-IB school (only 9th and 10th Grade, however I have a “certificate” for 11th and 12th)
-All course requirements covered
-Speak 3 languages.

I do not have my SAT nor my TOEFL scores because I am about to take them (in 2 weeks or so). I had to develop a self-taught behavior because most of the things I want to learn are not offered in my school, like advanced Calculus, programming and advanced physics.

Please be honest about it, use the experience you have. If you can, advice me in what to do as an international student to get admitted at those 2 great schools (Illinois University and Georgia Tech).

Looking forward for an answer.

The first question is Can you pay for these schools?
Berkeley does not provide scholarships since it is a public school. MIT is a crapshoot, but you could apply since students from Mexico are not that common there.

You need to make sure that the schools you are applying to are affordable. Find more schools.

Mexico offers financial aid and scholarships for students abroad. But this is very selective, and I put emphasis on very. It could be said that I can afford at least half of the tuition for these schools (except for MIT, it is very expensive). I made my research and found several scholarship and financial program for international students in the US.

You should also apply to UMinnesota (scholarships for international students). If your SAT score is very high, you could get merit aid from universities such as Alabama Tuscaloosa, which has one of the best Honors Colleges in the country, Miami-Ohio, Temple, Truman State…
If you can afford half tuition, look into Cooper Union and Olin.
