Rest - good chances (even though some of these are need-aware).</p>
<p>Its hard to chance you because you are international. I am not sure how it works exactly, but in know that your chances are at least slightly reduced because you need financial aid. </p>
<p>I would say low reaches for all of the ones you mentioned. Your SAT scores are great, and I like your EC’s (although I dont know how they stack up to other internationals).
If you apply to all of them, I would bet you get into at least one.</p>
