Your GPA is a bit low - try to raise it if you have the possibility to.
Also, a projected maximum SAT score - 2250 - isn’t low at all, but neither will it impress the admission committees. Did you took any SAT 2’s?
Still, congrats with your EC’s - try to volunteer, or involve yourself some more in similar competitions.
You’re also vietnamese, and that might drag you down.
You say you are valedictorian - what’s your class size? How do you think your teacher&counselor recommendations are going to be? How are your essay skills? Will you apply for fin aid? Not requesting any is a biiiig plus for intl’s. You need to mention these things if you want for people to make an idea of the strength of your future application.
But if the answers are good, I’d say:

Harvard - reach -crapshoot (4 everyone)
Stanford - reach - craphsoot
Upenn - reach - it is extremely difficult to enter Upenn’s Wharton, maybe even more difficult than the university’s other schools
Cornell - reach/low-reach
NYU - low-reach/ match maybe?
Berkeley - have no idea
:)

I meant that our school has no ranking-system. I’m not a valedictorian… :p

My class size is big, approx. 35-36 students.
My letters of recommendation are going to be “explosive” as I took second place at Young Enterprise of Sweden. Good PR for my school.

I’ll not apply for financial aid. And worth to mention, I’m first-generation college student.

I think it is, albeit not like that of being an URM or an intl’ winner of a competition
oh, and if the colleges you’re applying to request 3 SAT’s, take one in a foreign language, there are plenty to choose from…they also want to see that you can handle something like this, not just math & science.

If, by example, you have a Chinese parent or Chinese is spoken fluently in your home, then I’d suggest you take Spanish… the adcoms might think that a -let’s say, 800 - isn’t such a biggie b/c you learned it in the family, while you were young. If this isn’t the case, then just go with which you feel you are best at :)

I assume you have a safety in your country? You are talking several schools with a sub 8% admissions rate-lower for internationals. Stern and Berkeley if you reach at least the middle of your score predictions will probably be a go without aid and maybe Cornell.
