I know that international students CANNOT particpate in National Merit Scholarships (PSAT) selection process.

But i would like to if an international student can get college scholarship offers from colleges if he or she gets a PSAT score of (lets say) 230?

I'm asking this question because some semifinalists get scholarship offfers even though they didn't make it to the Finalists status.

If you impress a college with your PSAT score (or anything academic) you can get a merit-based scholarship (from the ones that do grant merit-based awards to internationals). It depends on the school you are applying to.

There is no reason whatsoever for you to waste your time, effort, and money on the PSAT. In your case, that exam is meaningless. Take the SAT and/or ACT. The colleges and universities are looking for results of those two exams for international students.

If I understand correctly, only students selected as semi-finalists (or finalists?) get to send PSAT score reports at all. Colleges would never even know that you took the PSAT.
