Hey guys I am a prospective EDer of Lehigh and wanted to know how many int'ls got how much aid to study at lehigh? How many of you got 90% to full aid to attend Lehigh? Do you have to be exceptional to get aid?

and is it safe to apply ED to Lehigh cause I know I won't be able to compare packages but Lehigh is my first choice and I want to attend at any cost.

Regards,

I wish I could offer you my advice from personal experience, but I am not an international student. Still, I found something on Lehigh’s homepage that may help until you can get some anecdotal evidence:

“Lehigh offers financial aid to international students on a very limited basis. For more information about financial aid for international students, please visit the financial aid page for information for non-U.S. citizens. If you are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident alien living abroad, and you want to apply for federal financial aid, you must have a U.S. Social Security Number. You should apply for this at the local U.S. embassy or consulate as soon as possible.”

[Lehigh University: Undergraduate Admissions: International Students](International and Non US Citizens Admissions | Lehigh University)

Also, if you are sure that Lehigh is the school for you (aside from the cost), I would recommend that you do apply ED. Although this does defeat the purpose of applying ED, you can back out of the agreement if you can prove that you weren’t given enough financial aid. Still, being accepted ED rather than RD will give you your greatest chance of getting the financial aid that you need.

Good luck!
