<p>I sent an e-mail to Lehigh but, after about 5 weeks, they haven't replied yet.</p>

<p>Financial aid for internationals is "limited" -- applying ED doesn't seem like a good idea to me.</p>
<p>You can, but I wouldn't advise it. Aid for Internationals is limited, as LWMD said.</p>
