International student's chances at Purdue engineering

I am from Poland and I did not have GPA at school but I tried to convert my grades to American ones and I came up with 3.7 GPA.

My SAT scores without learning:
470 CR
590 writing, 9 essay
760 math

I will retake SAT in December and I will aim at score near 2000.

My senior year courses:
IB Math HL
IB Physics HL
IB English B HL
IB Chemistry SL
IB Geography SL
IB Polish SL
IB Theory of Knowledge

I want to send them my extended essay from IB which is about non-IB topics I learned by myself so inertia and physical pendulum but with so many applicants they probably will not even look at it.

I have a little bit of leadership, achievements and commitment in my ECs but generally nothing special.

My personal statement is about achieving my goals using Purdue education and my English teacher will check it so I think it should be at least average.

I want to major in aerospace engineering, a topic I have always been passionate about.

I won't apply for financial aid because Purdue does not offer any.

Any idea about my chances? I apply to Penn State, TAMU, VT, UF and ASU but Purdue will be my top choice.

Also another question:

Excluding ASU, UF is the lowest ranked engineering school among those I apply to. They release their decisions on February the 8th. So if they reject me, can I assume that Purdue, TAMU, PSU and VT will also reject me and I should get ready for ASU? It is significant for me, because of college money exchange.

Thanks for help.

No engineering students that can help?
