I'm an international student, coming from Eastern Europe. I am thinking of applying to Harvard next year and I was wondering what are the chances of students from Europe (white) to get in.
Sports and ECs are not something we do in school - My GPA and test scores would match Harvard "requirements", but I feel that I won't have a chance because of the school system where I live, no clubs, no team sports.

However, 2 of my 4 years of high school have been spent at a private school in the US. I am graduating this year from an American high school, but having only 3 years of HS I've decided to take a year more of high school back home. While here I took APs and got involved with clubs - even founded one. Continued to keep a high GPA. While here couldn't do sports either, reasons:living with a host family, not being able to get rides and living half hour away from school. However, went to the local gym 4-5 times a week
Fluent in 4 languages and moderate knowledge of French.

I have a summer left, what could I do to improve my chances?
