International transfer into AEM, chance me pls!

Hi guys, I'm just wondering about my chance of getting into AEM as a junior.

I'm a Chinese and current studying at an Australian university that has exchange connections with cornell(not with CALS though)

Wharton standard converted GPA: 4.0 / 4.0, Dean's list(5%), finance major and picked most of courses in finance. Before conversion the grade of my average mark is equivalent to A+ in the US system
one year exchange with Wharton, haven't finished yet but expect to get 4.0 GPA

ranked 1/40 in High school & top 1.7% in Australia, 1st prize in finance & accounting contest held for Australian

Work experience: Summer intern at a Chinese ibank's IBD, and 3 years of experience as a part-time general manager in family business during high school

Extracurricular: Co-founder and president of the the Australian branch of a NGO that provides exchange services to students

No SAT and TOFEL could possibly be waived

I would have finished 5 semesters before the transfer and more importantly I could not finish some of those ridiculous required courses ( English writing & public speaking) because none of them is available in Australia. And at Upenn those courses are not open to exchange students lol

I think I have pretty solid states but could anyone tell me how important those ridiculous required courses are when evaluating an applicant? I really can't understand why the adcom requires students to take those courses given that they have done pretty well in other courses.
Thanks a lot

excellent grades. you certainly don’t need TOEFL but SAT might be a minor problem even after all those semesters you’ve done. You’re apparently very smart so why don’t you simply take the reasoning test once, if you have time?
Some universities in Australia actually do offer writing courses (e.g. WRIT1001/1002 at USyd; these are also offered in Summer and Winter Schools)
By the way, which IB did you work at? CICC?

My friend told me SAT would require you to have some pre-exam training in order to maximize the performance and actually I don’t think I have enough time lol
Unfortunately, my uni doesn’t offer such courses… maybe I’d better consider to tell the adcom that I’d take those courses in summer school
humm not CICC, a less internationally famous one but I suppose it could be counted into the Chinese BB if there is such stuff
