Background info:
GPA 3.72 Major: Finance, Math internships in fund management and IT consulting
a top 5 university in China transferable credits: 60
look at this link: http://****.com/stats/transfer-acceptance-rates/
I look at the statistics online and Barnard seems to have a fair acceptance rate.
Here is my updated list:
Barnard (nearly impossible)
USC
UMich
Emory
JHU (difficult)
NYU
College of William and Mary
Wash U in St. Louis
Carnegie Mellon U
Northwestern (difficult)
My concerns are:
- how many transfer students do they take in?
- will they penalise me for already have too many credits? (I don’t mind losing some in the process of transferring), since ALL I want is to get into a top US school as an undergrad.
