@GMTplus7 because I have always liked USA, so at least I will try to get there. If I definitely can’t, I will stay here.
If you havemoney, you have a shot at the universities I listed.
If you don’t have money, either attend a university in Europe or take a gap year and increase your test scores in particular (to 1400 new scale, 2100 old scale).
@MYOS1634 but, for example, I saw a few automatic full tuition scholarships based on gpa and sat that I would qualify for (in other universities). Why would I not be able to go to those universities? Or you only refer to the ones I named?
@MYOS1634 do you think I would have any chance with some of the SUNYs? I’m interested in Albany, Buffalo, Oswego and Oneonta.
Looking at each Common Data Set my test scores are above the 75th percentile in each case, and my gpa is about average.
If you qualify for automatic full tuition scholarships, defintely apply there. Have you? (Deadlines often are Dec 1).
The key question is what your budget is.
Apply to the SUNYs but check merit scholarships (some SUNYs don’t offer many/any). SUNY Platsburgh does.
@MYOS1634 I don’t think that a state university will give much aid to international students.
Anyway, I looked for information and didn’t see anything about automatic scholarships at SUNY. But the tuition for OOS is still much more affordable that many other cases.

Automatic scholarships are rare. There are some at Temple, at UMW, at Truman State + the schools listed on the yola list (see “financial aid” forum)
What’s your budget? What can your parents give you every year for your studies?
SUNYs do make sense. Based on your stats, however, you’d only get a scholarship at Plattsburgh. So, if SUNYs are affordable without a scholarship, they’re worth applying to.
