I'm an internationall student who intend to apply for college in the U.s.

We don't have the same gradesystem, but in round numbers i land at 3,25 - 3,3.

I've played soccer since I was 9. Also 3 other sports, som experience working.

My first choice is to attend a college in California, but I can also consider good colleges in other states.

I'm working on my English right now. And I'm taking the SAT this fall.

I would love som suggestion for colleges. What score do I need on the SAT to get in to this college? Do I need ECs? What EC can I don now to increase my chances?

You can find the scores you need for a college in the collegeboard website, where you’ll have to go anyway if you’re going to take the SAT. Otherwise, there are probably informations about that kind of matter on the college website (the one you want to get into - just type the name of the college on google, if you’ve never been to any).
It’s always best to get some solid EC’s. Of course, it’ll be harder if you’re in a country where schools don’t offer any (like mine). I think that will be taken in consideration by the administration office, if that’s your case. If it isn’t, take pertinent activites, consider most the ones you’re really interested into, try to show some true interest in an activity. Some passion. At least that’s what everyone says. Focus also on community service, if provided.
Take into account which college in California you want to get into. Some don’t even ask the SAT for an intl. student (like SDSU), while others don’t have a high standards…
