Internationals can't enter ethnicity?

<p>Hi all,</p>

<p>I noticed that in part 1 of the application, after I'd entered that I was an international student and gave my citizenship, all of the tickboxes for ethnicity faded out and couldn't be ticked. Is this normal?</p>
