<p>Basically... don't get caught. I mean, people download stuff all the time (we are college students after all), but if you get caught by the RIAA or MPAA downloading/with stuff available to download, MIT isn't going to save you.</p>
<p>in fact, there was a recent article in the tech about people getting sued for file sharing.</p>
