internship at Tufts

For a fairly reflective list of the sorts of things Tufts CS students do, check this timely blog post: [More Reasons Why CS Kids are Awesome · Jumbo Talk · Tufts University Admissions Department](<a href=“More Reasons Why CS Kids are Awesome · Jumbo Talk | Tufts Admissions”>More Reasons Why CS Kids are Awesome · Jumbo Talk | Tufts Admissions)

Is it difficult to find volunteer opportunities in the hospitals around Tufts to prepare for the medical school?

This is not widely known, but Tufts has been doing research on caterpillars and
silk for nearly 150 years. Admittedly, the initial work in this area did not have a great outcome.

The latest work in this area is really interesting though, and has attracted quite a bit of attention. it includes both biology and computer science among other disciplines.

I have a question about double major again.
Student is required to choose his major at the end of the sophomore year. If he wanted double major, he also has to choose the 2nd major at sophomore yr?
after that, can he change one of the major to minor if he found out the load is too heavy?

You have to declare a major then but my understanding is you can change your major and add or remove other majors/minors up until a month or two before graduation
