Internship, summer classes, job, volunteer?

For the summer, I want to do all four. I work in the evening on monday, wednesday, and friday (can change if I want it to). So, can I do an internship in the morning, take online classes, work in the evenings, and volunteer one day (Sunday) every week?

It looks like a lot and I’m not sure if I should do it. Should I take away the classes and just do an internship, or do the internship but take away the classes? Or is it okay to do everything?

I’m asking this because I have a lot of classes (major and two minors) that I need to take and was hoping to take summer and winter classes to spread it out. I have 33 more classes to take after the spring semester. Currently, I am entering my second semester of freshman year.

Any tips?

Try and find a paid internship so you combine two off the bat. Maybe do one online course with it and occasionally volunteer on the weekends. You should have plenty of time to complete your classes in the next 6 semester, doing three semester with five classes and three with six.

Paid internship is a great suggestion, kills two birds with one stone and importantly looks a lot better than the other two. However, keep in mind it is called summer vacation for a reason. Be sure to set aside leisure time so you don’t burn out. You have a long road ahead you you yet to go.

I would say if you’re set on the job, classes, and internship to just not do the volunteering. You could get a day to yourself to catch up whenever classes get crazy. Also a paid internship as mentioned above sounds like a great idea, however those can be harder to find/get accepted into.
