First off, I apologize since this is probably the wrong section to post this, I'm new to the forum and don't know a better section to put this in. Anyway, I'm currently majoring in supply chain management and I'm in the PLC program for the Marines, which will let me commission right after college. I plan on staying in the marines for about 4 years. So my question is, will doing internships benefit me if I'm not going to put them to use until 4 years later? Like after I leave the military and look for a job, will an internship I had 4 years ago matter to employers, or is it useless at that point?
