I'm on the pre-med track, and am currently a Sophomore. I reside in the Bay Area. What's the most productive use of my summer, an internship at a medical facility, COSMOS, or Berkeley's ATDP classes?

Wait, are you a sophomore in HS or a sophomore in college?

I’m going to ignore the second half of your comment, but the only reason I was confused is because the OP said he/she is on the “pre-med track” which would imply that he/she is in college, but then listed programs for HS students. I was pretty sure that he/she is in HS, but just wanted to clarify.

OP, can you give some more details? What courses would you be taking at COSMOS or ATDP?
I think attending any of them would be a productive use of your summer. So which one do you most WANT to do?

Go for the internship! You can’t go wrong with either. In addition to the internship, consider doing a research project there as well.
