Internships?? Halp!

I'd like to do some internships but I'm afraid I'll be asked to do something and have NO idea how to do it (I don't know if during internships one is actually told what exactly what to do) I have no work/internship experience but I've volunteered a lot and I do have a variety of skills (I'm a high school junior). I have a few questions:

1) Here are some skills that a few internships necessitate, that I'm not too clear on. Anyone care to explain? - creative marketing skills, experience with data analysis (AP Stats stuff? I haven't taken that class)

2) I'd like to do a law internship but they are hard to come by for high schoolers. What would a law intern would be expected to do? I'm not sure I am equipped to do one, if I happen to find one.

3) What do city government internships entail? My city was very vague

4) Is this an acceptable example of a resume, if I'm asked for one? Resume Sample - High School - No Experience

Thank you so much to all! Have a lovely day. Sorry if I did something wrong...today's my first day as a CCer! ^_^

Don’t worry about this. No one is going to expect a high school student to be able to do very much. If an employer is looking for specific skills like creative marketing or data analysis and your resume doesn’t include them, you won’t be considered for that internship anyway, so that’s a non-issue. (If you don’t even know what those skills are, you for sure don’t have them.) And unless you have particular skills that can be used by an employer, your likely tasks at any high school internship would be simple ones like opening mail, filing, making coffee, running errands, etc.

That form of resume is fine. Include your GPA if it’s solid, and be sure to list all your skills, even if you don’t think they’re especially relevant. It can only be a plus to show that you were able to achieve some level of mastery in a variety of areas.
