Is a Wellesley interview evaluative or informative?
Thank you

My interviewer told me that it was more informative.
But it could still help you in the admission process, it's just that it's more for you.

Thanks. what about for an accelearting candidate, from whom an interview is required?

You'll find out.... In the meantime relax.

um.. actually according to stats i asked for directly from the Wellesley Admissions Office, half the people who got interviewed last year got in (around 600+ interviewed last year, so the no. of ppl who got in from that pool makes it 300+). So i guess ppl who took the initiative to go to interviews do have an edge in admissions...

i just got a likely for EE and I never even scheduled an interview...i dunno what you can assume from that but i guess it shows you that interviews certainly don't make or break you but they're there for you as an opportunity to know/ask questions about Wellesley to an actual alumni.

I wonder what percentage of people get likelys and possibles

Iirc, "Likelies" are about one in six.

what about possibles and unlikely's?
JW. But how do you know so much asides from being in the process yourself?
