Although it's not required (or idk if it is not recommended), I still want to be interviewed. I found interviews helpful for me to learn about the college (Like my interviewer for MIT just mesmerized me with all the fabulous things I can do in MIT). So, where should I email for an interview??

You cannot request an interview. They are all done by CAAAN (Cornell Alumni Admission Ambassadors) and they are a group of alum volunteers that provide “informational” only meetings. They are not interviews as CAS does not require interviews for admissions, nor can one be requested by the applicant. If an alum volunteer lives in your area, then the admissions office sends them your contact info and they may contact you about an informative meeting. They have no bearing on admissions for CAS as some kids get contacted and others don’t. Other colleges at Cornell do require interviews for admissions, like AAP and SHA and maybe Engineering (not sure). My D was contacted the day before Thanksgiving by a CAAAN volunteer in our area. It all depends on where you live and the availability of volunteers in your area etc. I wouldn’t worry too much about this.
