<p>I did my interview today. It went over pretty well. After I got the name of the interviewer, I ran it through google. Amazingly, I found the interviewer's website with a whole bunch of personal likes and dislikes. It really helped me steer the conversation in the right direction ;)</p>
<p>Keep in mind, too, that interviewers can do the same thing with the students whom they'll inteview. </p>
<p>This is a good reason not to have your name attached to a porn site as one of my former college students did. A prospective employer found that link on the student's web site. It was a porn site that the student had designed! The student was not hired!</p>

<p>lololololkolool that is the funniest thing ive ever heard! i guess that can work to your advantage as well, if you do something good, you can get online and have a great impression in the interviewers mind even before you meet them.</p>
<p>That didn't sound like a very good reason to deny somebody a job. If I were in the web design business, I would not be so discriminant in choosing my clientele.</p>
