- Full Tuition or merit scholarships with your stats are highly unlikely but check the link.
- As an International student, do not plan to stay in the US to work. Visas are very difficult to obtain and few employers are willing to sponser International students.
yeah, i did that already bruh, thanks . plus, i can actually find full tuition with this score(luckily)
You can’t work much or at all in the US while in college.
Troy, UArkansas Monticello, FAMU, basically.
Look into UMN Morris, Hendrix, Gustavus Adolphus, SDSU (South Dakota), Ohio Wesleyan, Ohio University, UCincinnati, perhaps?
Look for schools that lead to a Master’s degree, as it’ll be easier to get a H1B.
well, we can work enough to earn for a living, just not enough to pay the colleges.
thanx myos sir. ill be researching about them. well H1B is not what i’ve currently planned since its way more wiser to be interning and all during my undergrad. thank you for your suggestions sir. please suggest more if available.
H1B is what you will need if you plan to work here after graduation. The vast majority of those work visas are offered to folks who have completed a masters degree.
@manixmlkr - as a student, you’re limited to working on campus, maximum 20 hours per week. Most of these jobs pay around $10-$12 per hour. That is not enough to live on.
@katliamom ma’am, im just trying to get as much money i can just to reduce the amount of money that i’ll need to get from my parents. thank you! it really is a lot more easier to calculate now that i know about the earnings.
The concept of working on campus can be difficult because so many jobs are dedicated to work study, which you can’t get.
I am close to an int’l student who has not been able to find ANY work except for “tutoring on the side” because of the limits of his visa.

If you are applying for jobs near a university, it will be difficult because you are limited by several factors:
- Your visa limits where and how many hours you can work.
- Many employers don't want to deal with the paperwork involved in hiring a non-citizen applicant.
- Many resident students are applying for those same jobs and they don't have limits on hours.
- There are usually more applicants than jobs.
You shouldn’t plan on expected earnings because you may not be able to work. Ask Mom and Dad for your living expenses.

This. Be good at school. Tutor people not good at school. That’s the only option many intl friends have.
