<p>I've seen many oversea students with SAT scores above 1450 or even 1500. That means they all scored above 650 on verbal.</p>
<p>How low is your verbal score? I presume you did well on your Writing as you have "perfect" scores otherwise.</p>
<p>If you have low CR and Writing scores and you are applying to the Ivies, I'd recommend that you study up and re-take the SAT (or the ACT).</p>
<p>Btw, a high TOEFL score won't help compensate for the low SAT verbal.</p>
