<p>I am an investor.. like stocks, bonds, CDs, would that be worth noting on a college app or would something financial be bad to mention?</p>

<p>Do you actually spend time doing it or do you just have stocks, bonds or CDs and really wants to fatten their application? In other words, is this like someone drawing something and calling themselves an artist?</p>
<p>I'm not interested in fattening my application. I do spend time analyzing the stocks but cds and bonds are kind of a one decision thing and theres nothing else to do. I check up on the stocks and visit my broker to discuss the portfolio. I'm just wondering if it would be a bad thing to mention for any reason.</p>
