I am going to graduate with my Masters in Accounting degree in one year. I have more a passion towards finance. My end goal is to work for three or four years, then head towards a top ten business school to get my MBA.

I am aware that work experience is a huge factor when being considered. I believe that I am not qualified enough to acquire a bulge bracket bank for full-time. Would working in a middle-cap investment bank, such as Jefferies or a Big Four Firm (Deloitte, KPMG, EY, or PwC) as an auditor look more appealing to top-ranked business schools?
