Alternate as well, what does it exactly mean?

I think it means waitlist but not sure how common to get off the waitlist and if the program will even happen this summer. The email made it sound like they were not sure yet if it would happen.

How many do they accept? Who else got accepted?

Those who were accepted–did they tell you when you need to accept by? Wondering if everything including deposits are delayed?

@asm388 No, they are not yet asking for a deposit. They will also hold off on matching us with a mentor until they are sure SSTP will happen (in-person or online).
