Is 17 credit hours too much?

<p>I know 18 is the max, but is 17 credit hours too much of a course load? One of the classes is online, which makes the load seem lighter since it’s on my own time. Another one is Ballet III, which is T/Th from 5:30-7. The ballet is just for fun, it’s not for a major or anything. </p>

<p>Basically, here is the schedule: </p>

<p>HDFS 2410 (online)
HDFS 2367 (T/Th 11:15-12:35)
HDFS 2420 (M/W 12:45-2:05)
SPANISH 3404 (T/Th 2:15-3:30)
DANCE 2113 (T/TH 5:30-7)
EARTHSC 1105 (M/W/F 3-3:55)</p>

<p>Btw, I am a first year scheduling for next semester.</p>

<p>HDFS is such an easy program. I doubt that schedule is too heavy. It’s not like you’re in neuroscience.</p>
