Is 650 on Biology M Subject Test good enough?

Hi, I got a 650 on the June 2017 Biology SAT. Is this a good score if I want to be a doctor? I plan to retake it in August, but I’m very scared that I’ll get a lower score. How can I improve?

Thank you so much for your help!! :slight_smile:

Good enough for what? What college are you looking for? MED schools won’t care about that. You’d just have to have a good GMAT score.

Good enough for high colleges, like Johns Hopkins.

Your 650 score is around the 37% percentile which is not great in comparison to other test takers. As stated above, Medical schools will not care about your SAT II subject tests. The colleges to which you apply, may care depending upon if they are required or recommended or not needed.

@Gumbymom How about a 710?

700+ is good. 750+ is very competitive. It really depends upon the schools you are targeting.
