Is a 2240 SAT score good enough for Princeton?

Hi… I haven’t entered my junior year yet, and I took the SAT this June. I got a 2240.
Since I’m aiming for Princeton, should I retake the test, or let it be?

If math and reading are above 1500, then you should focus on getting good grades and bolstering your extra curriculars. You don’t want standardized testing looming over your head, especially with the new SAT coming next year

@zuminskee my math and reading are 1500 together

You should be fine. Take the ACT also and aim for 35/36. It’s a lot easier once you’ve already studied for the SAT so you should be fine. Just be familiar with the format. These tests won’t get you into Princeton because anyone can get the same scores. Just make your application as unique as possible
