title says it all

Go to the stanford site and look for the common data set, which will answer your question.

Your score won't be what keeps you out of Stanford. :)

well, i got deferred SCEA, so i'm wondering whether i should submit my act score?

If you took the ACT more recently and you received a higher score...then I suppose it couldn't hurt.

I had a 33 and I got in

Do they superscore the ACT

It's 99th percentile so it's fine anywhere.

Nope.

I know someone with a perfect sat who got deferred so I don't think test scores mean much at Stanford. Of course, if you got a 20 or something on the ACT, then maybe it would make a difference but anything above 30 seems to be about the same

A 33 is fine for any institution. I would submit it.

No, it's probably in the middle 50%. Which means "average," not "good."

At almost anywhere else that's great. But at Stanford it's average.

It won't make or break you because it's so average. The rest of your app has to do the trick. It won't hurt your chances, but it can't cover up another screw up, so the rest need to be great to stand a chance.

I got a 34 and I got in

i had a 34 and got in.

Yes, it is definitely good enough. since it's on their top 25%
