I was looking at TSU and they offer “college of liberal arts” as an undergraduate degree but when im in TSU I was hoping I could transfer to HKUST & they offer “school of humanities & social sciences” is it the same thing? would I be able to transfer to HKUST having gone to college of liberal arts?</p>
