Is all of Biology Impacted or just certain majors?

<p>I am going to apply to UC Davis real soon and I want to be a Cell Biology major and im just curious if it is impacted or not.
Does UC Davis designate the impacted status for the whole college of biology? or just for certain biology majors?</p>

<p>because according to this it only constitutes 2.5% of the biology majors which doesnt seem like much…</p>
