<p>My friend who's quite the procrastinator is freaking out because her essays won't upload. Is anyone else experience this same problem?</p>
<p>I couldn't do it on Firefox, but when I opened my app in Internet Explorer it worked just fine! If she's using IE already, then I don't know, but I'd try logging out and in and check if that works.</p>
<p>it's not working for her. she says that when she uploads, it 'tries' for a while and then says:</p>
<p>File upload failed. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact technical support.</p>
<p>she's tried on IE and Firefox...and two different comps...and logging out...</p>
<p>I am having the exactly the same problem.....:(
I think there are just too many people, uploading the essays at the same time..
Well, I hope it will work within a few hours....</p>
