<p>Did you make sure to follow the instructions? The first time I uploaded my document, I realized I used too new a version of Word.</p>

<p>Try using Firefox. That's what I did, and it worked like a charm.</p>
<p>I had that problem yesterday. Logged out, logged back in, and it worked again.</p>
<p>Another common cause of this is having a pop-up blocker turned on.</p>
<p>firefox didn't work for me either. I ended up just changing them to .rtf, and it was fine.</p>
<p>for the record, tech support got back REALLY quickly :)</p>
