My schedule is okay. I have courses I enjoy as well as challenging courses, and courses to fulfill my French Immersion bilingualism certification requirement. It’s pretty comparable to my junior year schedule, honestly.

AP English Lang/Lit
AP Biology
AP World History
Advanced Functions & Relations
French Immersion French XII (AP French exam at the end of the year)
French Immersion Religion XII
Drama IV
Music Theatre Performance

This seems fun.
Calculus
AP Spanish
AP Econ (both macro & micro)
Communications 111
That’s all for my high school
And then at local LAC:
Anthropology 216
Genetics 221

Not entirely “easy,” but I’ll have time to focus on them & do other things.

Nah. Easy is boring.
AP Lit
AP Chem
Honors Pre-Calc
AP Gov
AP Euro
Band
Latin II

On top of my school schedule, I’ll also be taking either one AP online yearlong(probably Art History) Or one regular/honors class online each semester.

@ Buranri: Finally someone that doesn’t have AP or IB. For that sir, I’ll give you 2 thumbs up.

Heck yeah I’m taking it easy! This year I’m taking give APs and it’s not miserable but I have work that I simply don’t want to do. So, in order to have a pleasant senior year, I’m only taking three APs: Physics, Calc BC, and Chemistry. My senior year is going I be schhhwwweeeetttt. Looking forward to it right now even though I’m going through a downward spiral of the AP Exam crackdown 43 more days left!!!

AP Lit: Considered to be a complete joke in my school.
AP Stats: Easy course, but a lot of homework and take home tests… but I’ll do fine.
AP Environment Science: This will be the first year it’s at my school and I’m really excited to take it! The teacher is really good!
Honors Spanish 4 w/ College Credits: I suck at Spanish and I’m getting tutored over the summer so I can pass the exams so I can get college credit.
Honors Advanced Info. Tech: This class is a complete joke. I’m taking it this year also because it’s a two year course and the easiest a i’ve ever gotten
Communications 3: I love communications and want to do something with it in the future, so this class comes in handy
World Religions: Easy
International Relations/Current Events: Easyyyyy

Senior year won’t be too bad at all

AP Lit & Reg Gov’t/Econ OR Sci-Fi/Relevancy & H Econ/AP Gov
Forensic science
Pre-Calc
Theater Arts III

Yes, mine will be really easy.

I know someone who took it easy senior year. Rejected from all ivies. lol ;D

I really wish I took it easy. I’m so ready to rest.

When he say taking it easy it goes beyond your academics… think Athletics, hobbies, vacations.

I dunno about slack…but easier.

Band
AP Biology
AP Music Theory
Lunch
AP English Lit/Comp
AP Calc AB
Free period

:)

@Descuff: Why thank you. I don’t see the point in killing myself senior year. I’m going to be worrying about auditions for a bunch of different schools and other groups, so that’s gonna be my main focus. I talked to one of the counselors at CU-Boulder and it looks like for the schools I’m applying to, it wouldn’t make any difference if I switched some of my classes for AP stuff. I’m happy with the way it is. Taking classes that are actually relevant to what I want to do seems like a better decision in terms of life and just general happiness than killing myself with APs.

ap bio

AP Stats
AP Physics B
AP Bio
Multivariable Calc
Linear Algebra

The year won’ be easy, but I’ll be having a lot of fun. Math and science are my two favorite areas of study.

It would be detrimental for me to take it easy since all the kids that get into the colleges I want to go to never take an easy courseload but i might take two free periods cuz if i dont i might go insane with my 5 AP classes.

btw im taking
AP Psych
AP Chem
