I don't want to take it next year if its going to be considered not important. I've already taken honors bio and physics...so i didnt want to take those classes again as AP

you should go ahead and take physics C if you know calc, it looks good. To be honest both Bio and Physics AP look better than environmental, but in my opinion Environmental is more interesting. Why not take all three?

will it look negatively upon me though?

well no one really accepts environmental science...so go with physics c

at my school you have to take AP physics B first and Ive only taken honors physics...so i might just stick with AP environmental if it doesnt look thaty bad

Well, if you're really into the environment and do all sorts of activities involving it, taking the class can show your determination. I assume you don't, so you should pick another class if you care that much about prestige. But it could be "relaxing" AP class you can take in addition to the tough ones, and increases your weighted GPA, especially if there's no better class available.
