Hello. I am a law student at the University of Lausanne (Switzerland). And I have the opportunity to go to an American university for one year. I really want to go to the Arizona state university but I have a question : I'm progressive politically speaking and I'm an atheist. I was wondering if a lefty atheist like me would feel good in this University. To summarize : is ASU a liberal university ? Thank's for answering and sorry for my english.

Hi,I’m Amancio from Mozambique ,I’ve done high school and now I am not enrolle, I would like to study at USA expecially at Arisona state universtiy to study geology,

Sorry for my poor ENGLISH.

Hi Birdwatch, U.S. universities are overwhelmingly slanted to the liberal side. As a large public university I wouldn’t expect Arizona to be too much different. However Arizona is a more conservative state, so there may be more conservative students than at the average. No doubt you will find plenty of variety.

Why don’t you browse then ask in the ASU forum

Marcosss, you have very different questions from the original poster, so please start your own new thread to talk about yourself.

Arizona State is the largest university in the U.S. With 72,000 students, its population will reflect just about every political or social leaning on the planet.

Thank you all ! I will ask in the ASU forum.
