Is being an FBLA State Officer a good/unique EC?

FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) is supposedly the largest club business-oriented club in the US. There are district/regional competitions and annual state and national competitions.

QUESTION: If someone is elected to state office, would this be a good/unique EC on a college app?

EXTRA QUESTION: In your opinion, how prestigious is a national top 10 award in a FBLA event?
(It’s obviously not RSI level but not basic NHS level either; scale on if RSI was a 10 and NHS was a 1)

EXTRA EXTRA QUESTION: Theoretically, would either being a state officer or winning a national award be prestigious enough to give you a greater chance of getting into an Ivy League (specifically Cornell and Harvard)?
