Ok I'm currently doing my A-levels and I only did Chemistry cause I loved it so much in secondary school but A-levels chemistry is so freaking difficult and boring especially the Organic Chemistry ish. I'm 100% sure I'm not studying chemical engineering, is it relevant to other engineering majors at Cornell because I'm thinking of doing chemistry to only AS level and not the full thing.

I hope not. I didn’t even do AS chemistry but I applied to Cornell engineering.

^ I know right. Bump please any Cornell Engineering student

It isn’t, unless you plan to do chemical engineering. Most engineering majors only require one semester of general chemistry that can be fulfilled with AP Credit or A-Levels credit (but I don’t know how the latter process works). You need a 5 on the AP to qualify for credit. Some majors also require the second semester of general chemistry, but that can often be replaced by an extra math or physics class. You can find exact breakdown of requirements for each major on the engineering handbook online.
