Is Dad a Legacy?

My hubbie graduated from Georgetown Law School. Does this count as a legacy for my d's application? Someone told me that legacies are ONLY graduates of the undergraduate program.
My daughter is applying to Georgetown regular decision with a GPA of 4.0, an Act of 34 and SAT I: M710 V 690 Wr 760 SAT II: Math2 780 Math 1 700 Physics TBD. I don't know whether this is a stretch or not. (Our problem is that we have too many stretches on her list-- I can't figure out what is a target for her.......

With those stats, it won't matter if she's a legacy or not. As long as she has decent extracurriculars, a rough academic schedule, and a good essay/interview, I'd say she'll have no problem getting in.

Thanks, Jangel86:
Everyone is telling me that these top schools are impossible to get into--- even people with perfect scores often don't get in-- so the only solution is to apply to lots of schools that seem like targets, even if they are stretches and hope for the best.....
