Is Davidson for me?

After a semester at Swarthmore College, I am considering transfering to Davidson to get out of the northeast and to be around students that are less obsessed with academics.

I am interested in cognitive science. Does davidson have something, like neurobio or neurology that I can take part in?

What is Davidson like (especially the weather, social climate, professors, etc.)? How's the transfer process? How about the people? Are there things to do outside of acadmics? What's applying for grad school like?

And advice is appriciated! Thanks!

Elite grad schools like Davidson grads. The weather is warm-virtually on the South Carolina border.Almost every edition of Choosing The Right College says Davidson attracts and shapes the most well rounded students in America. The students are very serious about their studies, but, also very friendly(this from a Yankee) and involved in a myriad range of other areas-athletics,social groups, religious groups, the list is endless.Absolutely no grade inflation exists.Having visited both your campus and Davidson,I'd say the decision should be very easy.GO 'CATS!!!
